I don't usually leave reviews but after calling many tree companies I can tell you Kevin and Tru Tree Service is who you'll want to use. Seriously, from experience, you shouldn't waste your time elsewhere. They actually show up fast to offer a quote and they actually show up to do the work too! Imagine that! Compared to others his pricing is reasonable and fair. We had two 70ft oak trees that were very close to our house. Others didn't want to touch it but Tru Tree Service took them down like pro's! They completed the job fast, were professional, friendly and made sure everything was clean and removed from our property when they finished. I had called three other tree services before Tru. One didn’t answer at all with a full voicemail and the other two said they would give me an estimate and never showed???? Google review search….Enter, Tru! Immediately picked up the phone, bid the job the very next day and cut them down the next. Price was very, very good and the quality of work was spectacular. I had two very large pine trees that were in between the houses. Careful, quick and clean. Everyone was very personable and they finished 45 minutes ahead of schedule!!! These guys were amazing! Showed up on time left when the job was done not because it was 5’o clock-didn’t cut corners actually took the time to discuss my ideas. It was refreshing to have a knowledgeable group of guys with a strong work ethic and because of that I will be using them on other outdoor jobs, they offer so much more then just yard services! True Tree Service was incredibly professional. Always on time and hard working rain or shine. Kevin at Tru Tree Service was great to deal with. My 85 year old dad had gotten an estimate from a competitor that I thought was a bit high so wanted a second estimate. Kevin scheduled to come out at our convenience. Gave us a very fair quote and was able to schedule us right away. Did a great job cutting and removing trees and all debris. Walked us through the process as the tree was hanging over another tree that we wanted to keep. He had to do a pulley system and remove the larger tree in sections. Kevin and his team were the perfect match for my property. From trimming and removing trees to resurfacing the parking areas as well as walk ways. On time and professional. Non wavering in the task of getting the work done. Flexible if the design needed tweaking. And all priced fair and reasonable. Like Kevin says he will tackle anything outside. He has professional equipment from haulers, grinders and what necessary tools to heavy equipment is required for the job. He is considerate of his workers safety and well being.
